Description To ensure customers are managed and pay on time in relation to the agreed payment terms and inline with Credit Limits Strive to hit targets, individual and team cash targets set out by the Credit Manager Provide excellent customer service and ensure queries are dealt with promptly and professionally Support the sales and operations teams in resolving customer issues and queries. Allocate payments, making sure there are no payments unallocated older than 30 days on your ledger.
