Overview

Assistant Health & Safety Manager (IOSH or NEBOSH) for an initial 3 month contract in the City. Looking after the H&S of the firm's offices across the UK, you'll be auditing sites two days a week, ensuring compliance on issues including fire safety, asbestos etc. It's a busy and involved role for a NEBOSH Assistant Health & Safety Manager within a large firm with over 60 offices across the UK and offers a good quality, friendly environment where long term professional & career development is encouraged. Assistant Health & Safety Manager Assist delivering the H&S management strategy within head office and regional offices Assist developing a H&S management strategy Assist managing & developing the H&S Management System ISO 45001 Manage and conduct inspection and audit regimes Assist delivering practical risk management procedures and processes Provide guidance and advice on, H&S risk management Assist with development and delivery of H&S related communications Assist preparing management reports Assist managing & developing the compliance management system Assist managing & investigating incidents to identify trends & implement remedial actions Assist identifying H&S training requirements and delivering programmes Qualifications: Degree or equivalent NEBOSH (or equivalent) DSE Assessor qualification (Basic essential, Advanced desirable) Assistant Health & Safety Manager (IOSH or NEBOSH) for an initial 3 month contract in the City.
