Property Administrator, Events Coordinator Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire Salary: £20000 - £27000 per annum plus fantastic benefits which include Become part of a globally expanding award winning business 20 days holiday Bank holidays per year; with your birthday off also Access to various personal development and training opportunities Progression opportunities for the right candidate Excellent working environment - great offices with on-site shops, restaurant, nursery and many more Hours of work: Monday to Friday core working hours Dynamite recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a multi award winning business who are based in the Portsmouth area Our client is very well established within their industry and due to huge success, they are now looking to recruit an additional person to support within a specialist area This will include supporting with a property portfolio as well as managing the charity foundation and events for the organisation We are looking for an extremely organised and efficient coordinator / administrator to coordinate multiple projects which will include, events, travel, property management on a daily basis As a Coordinator, Senior Administrator, Events Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the following tasks The role will be varied and will include the management of a portfolio of properties e.g. rent, maintenance and stakeholder relations for letting agents, as well as playing a key part within the Operations team to manage the Charity Foundation Event management: Managing company Incentives, social events, Charity and Christmas Party planning and support on other company events Managing letting agents on a daily basis Managing all lines of communication with multiple charities to plan and execute charity events Support Directors on personal assignments - travel accommodation etc Managing supplier contracts such as cleaning, water machines, stationery etc Coordinating various travel arrangements both national and international Assisting with various operational projects Finance administration (purchase orders, credit card reconciliations etc) Providing support to the Managing Director and other members of the Senior team when needed General office administration and support To be considered for this position you will have the following skills and experience Will have / be Previous administration experience at senior level Will be well organised and able to multitask daily Will have strong communication skills Working with deadlines Working under pressure in a faced pace environment Managing a complex workload Ambitious and driven Eager to learn and progress both personally and professionally Reliable Friendly Can do attitude Self-starter To be considered for this position please submit your CV Immediately
