Overview

Property and Events Administrator £22-26K Portsmouth We are looking for a super organised and efficient Property and Events Co-ordinator to manage a property portfolio and co-ordinate all company events, including travel and with some PA support to the MD and senior team when required. Duties Management of property portfolio which includes, maintenance, letting agent relationships, rent and other associated work. Co-ordinate all company events - this includes company incentives, charity events, company parties and social events. Dealing with all company travel arrangements both domestic and international Some PA support to company directors and senior management team Supporting Operations Manager with ad-hoc projects General administration work including some finance (purchase orders, expenses, credit card reconciliation) Being the general 'go to' person in the office Skills & Experience Previous experience working at senior management or Director level Experience in events and/or property lettings would be desirable Can handle a complex and fast paced workload Excellent communications skills - must be a first-class communicator both verbally and written Excellent MS office skills including Excel Brilliantly organised Ability to work well under pressure Hardworking and reliable Ambitious and driven Have a positive and friendly disposition at all times
