Overview
National Account Manager - Waitrose (the largest account within the business) alongside others such as Sainsbury's and Morrisons. Candidates would ideally have a chilled background, but open to candidates with grocery route to market experience. Client Details A leading FMCG manufacturer within the food industry. Description As the Commercial Manager / National Account Manager - Waitrose you will report into the Account Director; you will be responsible for managing the Waitrose account and driving new business across various categories. You will be accountable for the management and growth of this account in line with the business strategy whilst working closely with the Category Management and Product Development Teams. This is an office based role Monday to Friday; you therefore must be based within or commutable to the East Midlands region. Profile The National Account Manager - Waitrose Experience within FMCG sales, managing a major grocery retailer, ideally Waitrose Chilled, own label experience within a manufacturing business would be highly beneficial Exposure/experience of managing a PL Commutable to the East Midlands region Ability to analyse and proactively solve problems Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Mathematically able to apply concepts such as ratios, percentages and margins Full UK driving license Based in, or commutable to the East Midlands region (Leicester, Derby, Nottingham commutable) Job Offer £50,000 - 65,000 basic car allowance bonus Office based East Midlands (Leicester, Derby, Nottingham commutable)
