Join De Montfort University as the International Student Recruitment Officer. As the International Recruitment Officer, you will support the Regional Manager in increasing the number of international students in the region by supporting activity in nominated target markets. You will play an important role in the development and delivery of marketing and recruitment activity to address strategic objectives, and specifically, meet enrolment targets. You will support the Regional Manager in identifying and building partnerships with institutions within the region as part of the overall recruitment strategy. Assist in the development of marketing and recruitment strategies for the market and conversion activity to achieve institutional recruitment targets. Raise the profile of DMU in the region and in delivering wider internationalisation activity. In order to be successful as the International Recruitment Officer, you must demonstrate your experience of working in an international environment or in a fast-moving marketing or sales environment and you experience in delivery of marketing projects and high quality, creative and innovative marketing solutions. You must demonstrate your understanding of current issues relating to Higher Education (HE) and the current international HE market and other opportunities for UK HEIs overseas. You will be educated to degree level and must have a willingness to travel abroad.
