Client Details A market leading FMCG manufacturer who supply a range of foods to a variety of channels. Our client is extremely passionate about their products and service. Description The National Account Manager - Top 4 Grocer - should expect the following: Delivering the annual sales plan for the designated accounts You will create the grocery strategy in line with strategic objectives and develop joint business plans Building strong customer relationships across the accounts including buying, supply chain, finance at all relevant levels Managing the promotional activity within the Grocery Channel On-going management of the sales for named accounts Winning new business with customers that are not currently trading within this channel Profile The National Account Manager - Top 4 Grocer - should have the following experience: You must have a proven track record of having managed one or more of the "Big 4" grocers NAM experience specifically of own brand food sales experience to include major multiples Knowledge and demonstrable experience of managing, planning and marketing with retailers You will have delivered exceptional NPD launches within the grocery category You will be confident in talking about category, trends and brands Strong commercial acumen and numeracy skills with the ability to identify value growth in all areas of the customer Job Offer Basic salary of £40,000 to £50,000 (dependent on experience) Company Car/Allowance East Midlands head office (Leicester, Derby, Nottingham etc.)
