Overview

To coordinate, action and close out the end to end HR Administration activities for all UK business and landed resourced, working in support of the UK HR and India team in line with policy, procedure, audit and legal compliance Client Details HR Operations (Comps & Bens): Market leading software and technology business with truly global footprint. Description HR Operations (Comps & Bens): Joining & On-boarding and Exits Connect with joiner and collate all forms in a timely manner, send joining forms in SAP and joining invitation, create personnel folder with all the required documentation, conduct the Right to Work formalities, set up employee with designated log-in, email address and asset allocation. Handle all landed resources induction and integration for both settling into the UK and their role within the UK. Liaise with the HRBP for senior management integration arrangements Carry out induction for new starters, liaising with HRBP for Senior management induction as required Handle all Credit checks and Non -Police Personnel vetting 3 checks for all projects Confirmation Complete manual Confirmation process of eligible due to different probation period as per individual contracts Documentation Management and Data reporting Ensure all personnel files are complete and up to date with the end to end documents and required administrative actions Monitor holidays and absence levels providing data summaries on a quarterly basis to the HRBP Compliance Audit Make sure Compliance Management Tool is updated regularly and accurately Ensure all statutory and audited compliance's are fulfilled Employment Reference letters Handle all letter requests such as: bank reference letters NI applications, housing, Visa letters, rent references, employment references Email to deputies on Bank, NHS, payroll cut-off dates Insurance Process Provide administrative support to the Procurement team to support the renewals and negotiation process Act as Scheme administrator General Help Desk Enquiries Provide support for Helpdesk enquiries with a view to supporting Mastekeers in utilizing the Helpdesk and Chat bot service and in terms of enquiries that have been hard to resolve or taken too much time to resolve, liaising with HRPB only in cases where the individual has not been able to close out or where escalation is required because of the nature of the activity Assist in providing clarity for straightforward questions about policy and procedure, liaising with HRBP for more complex situations HR Activities or interventions Provide administrative and coordinative support for cyclical or ER Case work including administrative support for BID/RFP response and TUPE cases Profile HR Operations (Comps & Bens): The foundations are in place and you are not rolling out new Comp & Bens from scratch. You will own what is in place, be highly proactive in promoting what's in place, answer questions on what's in place - to do this you need to understand Payroll/Comps & Bens/employment law to breathe life and understanding into the answers you provide. Someone reading the script without the knowledge will not be suitable. To do this not only do you need good organisational and admin skills but also good communication skills. You must be intuitive and able to read people and navigate the best way to communicate. As an additional parts of the role They would like someone who is interested in ER matter and who could pick up some basic cases and be coached in this area (grievances, disciplinarians, etc) Qualifications and Skills SAP experience or equivalent at an intermediate level, Microsoft package capability at an intermediate level Knowledge of immigration and visa requirements plus experience of working with oversees employees coming to UK Highly organised Data rational Thorough and detailed conscious Up to date knowledge of audit requirements and legal compliance for data management and administration of the employee life cycle Job Offer circa £35,000 plus package plus the opportunity to grow your career in a market leading organisation
