The Team and Role Our best in class practice management software, chambers management software and legal forms are used by over 5,000 customers spanning law firms, barristers’ chambers, coroners’ offices and in-house legal teams within corporate, public and not for profit organisations, with over 50,000 legal services staff using our products daily. The Practice & Case Management Training Consultant will be responsible for the Preparation and delivery of training courses as a part of project implementation and short orders. Our training consultants are a key resource who not only deliver training but also use their experience to provide practice improvement. Services are predominantly delivered at customer sites and this role requires frequent travel with overnight stays. Main Responsibilities Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of Advanced Legal Software Solutions, specifically ALB. Develop a good working knowledge of legal organisations, processes, legislation, working practises and other factors that alter the way Legal Practices operate Maintain a working knowledge of Microsoft applications and how these integrate with our software products. Provide pre-defined and bespoke training services on client sites or at Advanced Legal offices to enable clients to make the most productive and effective use of their systems Appreciate delegates level of expertise and deliver the course content accordingly Ensure delegates are comfortable and confident with the use of the solution. Generate referrals for further training courses or additional products and services. Ensure training facilities, manuals and exercises are prepared prior to a training course Ensure training course records / assessments are completed by delegates Take part in development and testing activities and provide feedback into Product Management Review training programs, recommending enhancements and where appropriate design or assist in the design of course material The Requirements In depth knowledge of Legal Software. Knowledge of legal industry practice and processes. Advanced level of Microsoft Word proficiency with ability to integrate to ALB and create documents Use of Advanced Legal PCMS Software in training, consultancy, end user or support capacity Experience in Legal Practice desirable Demonstrable experience of training / consultancy
