Have you considered a role as a Business Analysis Trainer? QA is seeking experienced Business Analysts who are able to draw upon their diverse industry and operational knowledge to deliver high quality, highly engaging training. Along with your knowledge of Business Analysis, and a professional and confident approach, you have excellent customer-facing, operational and consulting experience. There will also be opportunities to deliver courses from the Systems Development and Enterprise Architecture portfolio with the proviso that suitable training and practice would be given to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills where required. Main Responsibilities * Delivery of courses in the Business Analysis and Systems Development portfolio. * To assist in developing and maintaining QA's Business Analysis and Systems Development portfolio * Marking appropriate examination scripts within the timeframes specified. * Involvement in course material development, creation and updates - taking responsibility for ensuring high quality output Skills & Experience Required * Solid industry experience as a Business Analyst. You must have worked on complex projects and have practical experience using Business Analysis tools and techniques. * An able and successful communicator, both writing and verbally, with strong attention to detail. You must be comfortable identifying audience needs and varying your communication style accordingly. * Some training experience would be beneficial but the ability to inspire and communicate to an audience, and demonstrate a passion for Business Analysis is very important. * A sound understanding of the market in the field of Analysis and Design. A good, working knowledge of other aspects of IT such as Project Management and Architecture would be useful. * Strong interpersonal skills * Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines * Flexible and adaptable In return, we are offering a competitive package.
