Market Research Executive - London - £24k - £28k benefits Our client is a well-established Market Research company based in North London. Due to continued growth and expansion they are now looking to recruit a Market Research Executive. The position will include customer on-boarding, providing exceptional customer service and dealing with customer issues B2B. You will be monitoring and reporting on customer use of membership services with the goal of increasing customer engagement and retention and increasing the number of users within customer organisations. Telephoning new customers and taking them through some fairly complex functionality. The role is also likely to involve scoping demand for new services from existing and prospective customers. Candidate Requirements The job would suit someone who is academically bright with a background in B2B customer engagement or market research. The position involves lots of contact with Senior Executives and CEOs, the ideal candidate must be confident to communicate with our blue-chip customers. The ideal candidate will have the following; Excellent telephone manner and ability to engage in in-depth interviews Skills to communicate professionally with high-level executives. You will need to understand and demonstrate our clients online service and conduct surveys and measure engagement. Proactive self-starter with good learning habits Good organisation and strong attention to detail The drive to help both customers and the internal team to be successful Ability to develop relationships both internal and external CRM skills Desired Skills Confident face-to-face presentation skills. Experience using Salesforce, Pardot and/or Bizzabo. Additional languages.
