An established name in UK conveyancing are seeking to appoint an experienced residential conveyancer. The business has a network of conveyancers across the UK. This position represents a growing business model that has proven highly successful in placing their conveyancers 'in situ' with their most valued and successful introducers. Working in partnership with some very profitable introducers will provide ample opportunity for you to make a genuine commercial impact. As an experienced Conveyancer you will: Be the key relationship between the Introducer, Conveyancing Manager and business's Account Manager. Manage a broad portfolio of cases, leading by example on client service Conduct freehold and leasehold transactions including new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties. Be the subject matter expert and brand ambassador, effectively promoting the advantages of this business model through commercial success. The position would suit those with the following traits: Approachable and personable, a self- starters with energy, drive and excellent communication skills The ability to consistently deliver excellent client service, time and time again An ability and desire to motivate and develop others and show leadership An keen desire to achieve (and surpass) both team and personal targets Being a leading name in the conveyancing sector there are excellent support procedures and systems in place both in the form of in office IT and case management as well as highly efficient centralised administrative support.
