Overview

Our client is one of London's leading names in commercial cleaning, with years of experience in the industry. They are currently going through a great expansion, and are now recruiting for a HR & Compliance Administrator to join their dynamic team in London. Main Responsibilities Point of contact for employees work related issues Ensure new head office staff have site induction and introduction to SMT Ensure that new starter receive relevant training on internal systems Templa and Vanquish Create training content (E.g. HR module, Managers module) and keep up to date the supervisor training and amend it if necessary. Manage Uhub reports, and constantly monitor the progress per manager and region, have one to Responsible for providing support in the day to day HR function Provide advice and guidance to operations team in relation to HR policies and procedures e.g. Disciplinary/grievance Lead and support disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings. Ensure compliance, best practices and company procedure are upheld Coordinate HR training workshops and presentations Provide administration support to Safety Compliance Manager Manage and update sick notes from operatives, ensure that payroll has copies for payments Deliver Supervisor trainings across our different sites. Person Specification Educated to a degree level Spanish speaking (desirable not essential) Experienced in HR & Compliance Systems: Templa & Vanquish (desirable)
