Overview
We are currently recruiting for a temporary Sales Ledger Assistant for our client based in Welwyn Garden City. This is a 3-month temporary role. Sales Ledger Assistant - Job Overview As an Sales Ledger Assistant your duties will include: Ensuring that Sales Ledger invoices are completed accurately and to stringent deadlines. End to end weekly invoice processing for multiple companies. Upload/creation of manual invoices requests. Reconciliation of system data to invoice generation. Maintaining information and pricing structures per client. Deal with external and internal queries and bring these to a close. Support in production of weekly KPI’s. Assisting the Credit Controller providing absence and holiday cover as and when required. Sales Ledger Assistant - Skills & Experience Required Ability to start immediately Ability to commit to 3-month temporary role Previous experience working within a finance team with exposure to Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable is essential Good attention to detail Team player Sales Ledger Assistant – Benefits Offered Immediate start with weekly pay Pay rate £11.41ph plus holiday pay Weekly hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.15pm Free parking Holiday Pay Pension Thank you for your application.
