Overview
Remedy Recruitment Group are looking for a Qualified Social Worker for a Learning Disabilities Team for Cardiff Council. Job Purpose The Learning Disability teams work with Service Users and their families to maximise independence and opportunities which enable service users to enjoy purposeful, meaningful and fulfilled lives. The candidate must have experience in working in learning disability teams. Experience of assessment, care planning, person centred planning and care management are essential, as is the ability to use IT in a competent manner and to meet performance standards.
