Job Description
Are you a dedicated RGN qualified nurse who has a passion for offering the highest standard of care to the elderly? If the answer is yes, then we may have the position you have been seeking. We are recruiting on behalf of an excellent care home located in Cardiff who is committed to providing specialist care to their 50 residents. The residents thrive in the setting and participate in a whole host of different activities generated through their favourite hobbies and past-times. Visits to the seaside, Local Park, cafés, restaurants, and bingo are just some examples of their varied activity programme, which the residents enjoy. Our client ensures that all residents' are allocated a named nurse who is responsible for offering their clients the best care possible. Our client is looking for a RGN qualified nurse to join their existing remarkable team of healthcare professionals. To succeed in this role, you must have a can-do, positive attitude and remain professional at all times. Your main responsibilities will include medication administration, providing emotional support to residents and their support network as well as ensuring care plans are adhered to. You will work in accordance to NMC guidelines and will be a great team player to ensure the smooth running of the home.
