Overview
On behalf of my client, I am looking for a dedicated, motivated and caring Support Worker/ Carer to support an elderly couple with complex needs in the comfort of their own home. The couple have a mixture of complex needs. The man you will be supporting has Dementia and Autism and the woman you will be supporting is registered blind and has recently suffered a stroke. Therefore, the care and support will be varied and be a mixture of phyiscal and emotional support. Working closely with the family, you will be part of a team that works to offer the highest level of care and support for the couple as possible. The salary for the role is £10 an hour. Shift patterns will vary, preferably you will work full time, however, part time hours could be considered. This role is open to both people with experience in care and people looking to start a new career in care.
