Do you enjoy working with clients? Do you like applying technical knowledge to solve client issues? SHL is seeking an Integrations Consultant to join our CPS Technology Solutions team. As an Integration Consultant at SHL - a global leader in talent solutions - you will develop a deep understanding of Integrated Talent Assessment product offerings. You will be part of the Central Professional Services (CPS) Technology team responsible for the delivery of integrated systems globally and the providing of Pre-Sales system scoping and consultancy. Key Accountabilities: •Successfully deliver end to end global client projects - liaising with internal stakeholders, software partners (Applicant Tracking Systems and System Integrators) and end clients culminating in the build and test of integrated systems on Staging and Production environments. •Analyse/triage delivery based issues, then work with IT/Product teams, ATS partners and clients to push issues through to resolution. •Provide Presales support and consultancy services, supporting the field with large, complex projects including scoping, pricing, risk mitigation and timeline management. •Provide second line tech support for existing integrated clients. •Lead the partner onboarding process, defining and capturing the functionality and workflow available with an Integration Partner. Establish workable demo systems with said partner. •Lead the partner transition process with regard to moving partner functionality from legacy platforms to new SHL Talent Central platform •Lead conversations with the field, client and ATS around improvements to integration functionality, documenting and capturing information where appropriate. •Support clients in influencing their ATS partner to build new functionality where required. Required Skills & Experience: •Knowledge or experience of SAAS based delivery •Experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) integrations •Analytical and commercial work experience. •Client facing experience •Ability to work independently and manage own workload •Knowledge of general software and methodologies •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Strong PC skills including thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite •Ability to build strong relationships with internal departments to ensure issues are resolved effectively and efficiently. •Ability to work calmly under pressure If this sounds like you, please apply via the link.
