Overview

Cordant People are excited to be recruiting for a customer service administrator to work with a well established company based in Musselburgh. The role is initially full time for 3 months with a view to go permanent. Working a 37.5 hour week from Monday to Friday the main responsibilities of the role are as follows: - To provide customers with all support by telephone, email and mail. - To maintain customer records regularly ensuring that all databases are kept up to date including all financial information. - All aspects of general administration and clerical support to all departments within the business. - To be an all round support to all levels of managers including director level. If you consider your self to be a team player, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, has strong PC skills, knowledge of MS office packages and at least one years customer service and administrative experience.
