Litigation - Credit Hire - Top 20 Firm - Defendant - Fast track - Multi track We are looking for Litigation Executives (Solicitor /CILEX / Litigation Executive or Paralegal) to join one of the top 20 Law firms in the UK in their Credit Hire Department, Manchester. They are growing, and there several roles available to suit different levels of experience. The role: Handling a litigated case load of small claims and/or fast track cases Depending on experience - handling multi-track cases Handling appeals, credit hire fraud and strategic litigation Defendant work Representing Insurance Companies Opportunities to help shape strategy The Rewards: Competitive salary Neg DoE Training bursaries Career opportunities Bonus system 35 Hour week Flexible start & finish times Excellent commuting links 33 days holiday (including Stat days) Successful Applicants will have: Knowledge of CPR and SRA Code of Conduct Credit Hire experience (Preferable) Defendant experience (Preferable) LPC (Preferable) Experience running a case load of small claims or fast track cases Experience running a litigated case load of multi-track cases is advantageous Experience communicating directly with clients Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills Excellent organisation and communication skills If you are a Solicitor/CILEX/Litigation Executive or Paralegal with litigation experience and a basic understanding of Credit Hire please apply now, we’d like to hear from you.
