Overview
Project Administrator Harrow Up to £25,000 pa Immediate maternity contract - initial 6 month contract with option to extend An immediately available administrator with experience of supporting projects and handling large volumes of data is being sought for an employer based centrally in Harrow. You’ll be available immediately or with minimal notice to support a period of maternity leave within the business. The role will include; Ensuring projects are delivered on time and in budget Maintaining large data sets in MS Excel (advanced use to V Lookup and Sum IF) Supporting 2 busy teams with all administrative requirements Collate information obtained from several sources and produce compact reports for management Checking information both numerical and alpha-numerical for reliability and accuracy Communicate issues to senior management team Creation of invoices through SAGE They are looking for; Strong administrative skills gained in similarly busy role Confident communicator with ability to manage relationships at varying levels Advanced user of MS Excel (will be tested prior to interview) Methodical and organised individual Willingness to offer support in all areas They are offering : Salary £25,000 pa Immediate contract offered for 6 months and option to extend for a further period Monday to Friday, core office hours Enhanced benefits Discretionary bonus 22 days holiday (pro rata) If you have the required experience and like the sound of the role, please apply.
