If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for office based Dual fuel Operatives to join our Field Support Desk team within our Technical Services department. This is a great opportunity to work for a well-established company, and you will play a key role within the department supporting field-based staff. The role will be office based at our Lowri Beck site in Ashton-in-Makerfield, WN40YU, and will involve providing effective and quality field support. In addition, you will also assist Technical Managers in reviewing desk top audits and assisting in the introduction of new procedures and activities. Please be aware: Due to this role being office based you will not receive a work van. Key Accountabilities: Provide electric and gas support to our field operatives Review desk top audits to aid new and existing field operatives. Liaise with Field Operations Management team to ensure Lowri Beck meter fixing operatives maximize performance and customer service. Aid the introduction of new procedures or activities as SMART and new technologies develop. What we are looking for: 3 years previous experience working in the metering installation industry, Minimum current gas certification to include: CCN1-MET1. Experience in the installation of SMETS1 & 2 meters format. Good knowledge of industry metering Codes of Practice.
