Luxury British brand ELEMIS are looking for a passionate Spa Coordinator to join their flagship spa in the heart of exclusive Mayfair specialising in professional spa treatments. You will be responsible for managing the client booking/appointment system ensuring effective, efficient and productive use of Therapists combined with treatment availability, to achieve/exceed the budgeted treatment sales, whilst providing the highest level of client care. Beautiful Benefits: £21,012 per annum plus commission5% commission on retail salesSignificant discount on productsQuarterly product allocationDiscount at the spas (dependent on days)Quarterly social outingsFantastic working environmentSupportive management teamFull training programme on all products, treatments, front desk and company standards Responsibilities: Welcome clients to the spa in a professional, business like and friendly manner at all timesAct as the main point of communication between the spa team and clientsBe fully knowledgeable about the spa treatments and products, advising clients as to the relevance and suitability of treatments according to their requirementsEnsure that bookings are made productively by considering the type of treatment being booked; any link appointments; the most appropriate Therapist for the client and the requirements of the business and required break patterns of the TherapistEffectively communicate to clients any such relevant booking and preparatory information to ensure those clients gain maximum benefit from their treatment and visit to the spaContribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets by link selling and up selling treatmentsRegularly update and monitor the booking system to ensure maximum productivityProvide a consistently high standard of client care, via the telephone, face to face or in writing, ensuring that clients are always made to feel welcome and valuedHandle any customer complaints promptly and professionallyUphold and maintain stringent health and safety standards to guarantee client welfareSupport the spa team by updating and preparing client records on a daily basisEnsure front of house areas is presented at the optimum level of visual excellence and hygieneCarry out all till operational procedures and banking duties, cashing up and change collectionWhen requested, open or close the spa, conducting operational and security duties Requirements: Excellent administration skills and high standards of computer literacyGCSE in Maths and English (grades A-C or equivalent)Proven record of retail selling skillsBeauty Therapy qualification desirable but not essentialPrevious professional Spa experience highly desirableFully flexible with regard to working hours and shift patterns To thrive in this role, you will be highly motivated and enthusiastic about delivering a premium service and enjoy working in a luxury spa environment.
