Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR advisor to join a luxury wholesaler in one of their busy offices in London. The role will play an integral part in the people team and will report into the senior people business partner to provide generalist HR support to its head office and corporate functions. The role involves supporting your business areas and the senior people business partner with the full employee life cycle. You will be involved in resource planning, performance management and learning and development. You will provide support to your stakeholders and your colleagues within the people team with employee relations processes whilst providing accurate data and insight to support the senior people business partner and business areas as required. Coming from a retail or hospitality background at an HR advisor or senior HR advisor level you will have the opportunity to bring your own ideas and contributes to the company’s success within the people team.
