Overview
Our NHS client is looking for an experienced Capital Accountant to work on an interim basis. Band 7 Capital Accountant Location: Liverpool Duration: Temporary - Expected to be for 3 months initially Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm Pay: £22.07 Paye - £25.38 Umbrella To provide highly specialist support to the corporate decision making process in respect of capital investment and capital charges. To provide assurance to the Head of Corporate Finance that the general ledger and asset register correctly reflect capital acquisitions, disposals and capital charges To monitor the Capital Programme providing the Head of Corporate Finance with a monthly report for the Board including updates, forecasts and reasons for significant variances To ensure the effective acquisition of medical equipment in accordance with formal procedures and within required timescales To manage the Trust’s private patient and overseas visitor Team, ensuring that income due to the Trust is collected promptly and correctly accounted for in the Trust’s ledger To be responsible for all aspects of the Trust’s Asset Register To manage all aspects of the Trust’s portfolio of leases.
