JOB TITLE : Project Manager - Office move of 80 people TEMP CONTRACT COMPANY: Creative Studio HOURS: 3 days per week to full time hours (Flexible on days) | 09:00am-17:30pm DURATION: 3-4 months SALARY: £35,000 - £40,000 pro rata LOCATION : Walking distance from Liverpool Street station and Old Street Station CULTURE : Working within a fun and diverse team, in a creative environment WOW FACTOR : Amazing location and fun team Our client is based in a creative studio in the heart of London's Shoreditch, they're looking to move to the London Bridge area and are in need of an experienced candidate to conduct and oversee all aspects of the move from start to finish They are looking for a candidate with experience of completing an office move of around 80 people to join them on this project from 3-4 months. It will initially begin on a Part-Time basis (3 days a week) and will then move over to 5 days a week when the move begins. Our candidate must have experience in OFFICE MOVES Is this role for you? Click apply DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: Moving a studio of 80 people from start to finish Drawing up a plan of the move and the logistics of this and presenting back to the team Drawing upon previous experience of a large office move to be able to oversee the entire process and take the reins of this Liaise with contractors and outside companies to arrange time lines and logistics of the move SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: Fluency in both written and verbal forms of English is essential Fluent in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Must have experience in organising an office move from beginning to end and being the driving force of this project Experience and understanding of reading structural plans Organisation and pro-activity is essential NB: If this company and position appeals to you then please apply your CV on-line.
