Technical Architect Technical Architect, SOP, Procurement, ERP, CERM, ETL, Enterprise Architecture, Data Modelling, capabilities, Data Migration, System Integration, Tableau, QlikView, Power BI Initial 12 Months Contract, likely to extend Nottingham Based (Flexible) Competitive Market Rates A Technical Architect is required by our IT Solutions provider client based in Nottingham for an initial 12 months contract. The Technical Architects will hold detailed technical and process knowledge for their specific area, alongside project delivery skills. The Technical Architect will be working with the Business and Process Leads as well as the wider Programme Team, they are accountable for: As the Process Lead you will be responsible for: Gathering technical requirements and running workshops across the various business areas Specify solutions which are technically achievable and cost effective for the problem. Working to ensure the delivered solution meets the specified requirements. Guiding delivery teams to implement solution designs. Working alongside other TAs and off shore development teams to collate and handover technical design documents from HLD stages through to testing and delivery. Develop and own their own activities which (integrate into the wider Programme plan and that of the System Integrator) Supplier Management. Working closely with a number of system integrators, you will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating design level activities between multiple parties Supporting and contributing to design decisions to ensure that the requirements, processes and ways of working meet the needs of the wider group Knowledge Knowledge IT Governance forums, change process/implementation frameworks Knowledge staff and who is currently operational responsible for what Experience Experienced hands-on architect, with extensive experience in at least 3 major industry standard technologies and with knowledge and good appreciation of several others. Experience of working in a multi-dimensional business environment Experience of working with cross-location teams, demonstrating influence remotely and a positive approach to coaching and personal development.
