Overview
Digital IC Design Engineers Our semiconductor client is seeking Digital IC Design Engineers to work on VLSI ASIC designs in one of their design centres in the UK. Our client will consider junior ASIC designers through to Senior/Principal level Digital IC Design engineers. The role will include, some or all of: Writing block level/micro-architecture specifications of modules RTL coding of modules in Verilog / System Verilog Verification of sub-systems using variety of tools and methodologies Requirements Ideally a Masters level education or higher (or equivalent experience) From 1 through to 10 years of experience in Verilog-based VLSI ASIC design and verification of FPGAs or ICs Team player with excellent communication abilities to liaise with customers and other design centres. Able to travel to customer sites and other company locations Eligible to work in the EU Nice to have Experience with VLIW micro-architecture Experience of SIMD and floating point development. Low power digital design Digital signal processing block design Experience in System Verilog Experience in PERL/TCL scripting languages (We are also recruiting Digital IC Design Engineers in EU countries).
