THE COMPANY A rapidly growing, successful, independent global entertainment business, venue operator and entertainment industry innovator. With their own award- winning concert venues across the UK. THE ROLE We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Digital Marketing Manager, to deliver the marketing of their touring operations. It's essential that you have a background in paid social, and hands on experience of executing and delivering large scale paid social marketing campaigns on Facebook. Managing multiple complex marketing campaigns with budgets up to 500k, and leading, developing and managing a team. This is a perfect role for a technical minded individual, with an analytical approach, and a genuine passion and interest in digital marketing, music and live events. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Working closely with the Marketing Director, to develop and deliver the Touring and overall marketing strategy for the business. * Managing and motivating the team, responsible for planning, creating and delivering effective marketing campaigns for over 2000 touring events a year. * Working with the Venue Marketing Manager and Ticketing Manager to support the touring events, and maximising sales. * Measuring the performance and providing regular analysis and reporting on campaigns. * Have ownership of Touring's digital channel, maximising awareness, engagement and conversion. * Project manage marketing development to drive sales and integrate campaign content and product messaging. * Plan and execute Touring's market research programmes to identify developments in audience profiles and online behaviour. * Build scalable marketing infrastructure to power long term growth. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * Managing multiple, large budget, complex marketing campaigns. * Extensive experience of executing large scale paid social marketing campaigns * Manager level experience, confident in leading and developing a small team. * Experience of working across all media channels. * Good knowledge of MarTech and AdTech, with a passion for the digital landscape. * Exceptional communication skills. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced high pressure role.
