General Overview: The CAFM & Data Manager will provide administrative assistance and support to the Bombardier Account Director to support the smooth running of the account on a day to day basis. The CAFM & Data Manager is responsible for supporting the Account Director in the coordination of initiatives and activities at key account level and for the coordination of initiatives by country leads, ensuring that they meet agreed timescales for reporting and other deliverables. The CAFM & Data Manager will have regular contact with the client and colleagues across the contract and as such will be a lead for communication and coordination of activity. Roles and Responsibilities: Complexity: Reporting To ensure that all periodic reporting is prepared on time and in line with the requirements of the MSA and any agreements with the client. To work directly with all countries and sites to ensure reporting requirements and deadlines are met. To ensure EIFM reporting is completed accurately and on time. To work with the Account Director and Finance Controller to develop any new reporting required in support of the account. Country Co-ordination To work with each of the countries and sites in scope to establish and develop strong working relationships with site coordinators, managers and local in-country support teams. Risk Management To manage the risk register for the account working with each country to identify and mitigate risks. Planon & ED systems and Data Processes To be familiar with Planon to be able to: Analyse and improve on the data collection processes. Analyse the data collected from the systems, understand how they relate to the account reporting and propose improvements where needed. To be able to work with each of the site account teams and local IT teams to ensure they understand how data collected in ED and Planon relates to performance and KPI’s. To be able to develop, as required, improved reporting to support our demonstration of performance against KPI’s and SLA’s. Innovations To be the account lead for the collection, management and sharing of innovations from within the account and from external sources. To establish a method of identifying, validating and sharing innovations across all sites and to be responsible for identifying innovations which could be implemented across all accounts. Performance Improvement & Best Practice To be the account lead for performance improvement. This to include the review of current systems and processes, operational methods with a view to reducing waste (non-productive time). This at either an account, site or individual service level. To develop and manage a benchmarking process which will allow us to measure the effectiveness of all services with a view to reducing cost, improving productivity or reducing waste. Qualifications and Required Experience: Languages: English (a second language would be an advantage). Previous knowledge and experience implementing IT systems – (CAFM, CMMS tools) Project management experience Excellent PC skills, proficient in PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint. A knowledge and or previous experience of multi-site/multi country FM Operations will be a distinct advantage.
