Head of CAFM
Overview
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Ensure that all assets are managed consistently across the business in line with ISO5500. Understand and analyse the assets performance to allow more efficient management of assets to the contractual and statutory maintenance regimes and help to optimise all life cycle planning and replacement. Drive income and profit through linking asset management to the CAFM systems with consistently across the business Review and rationalise business wide asset systems and process to drive efficiency and grow revenue, whilst reducing risk to our business and customers Work towards making Building Services a leading provider with a reputation of being the leading business in regards to management of assets To work closely and manage the Asset Management Strategy for Building Services incorporating the CAFM systems and improving the reporting of statutory and mandatory compliance across the business Knowledge and experience using “Concept Evolution” as a CAFM tool. Energy Management experience. Health & Safety Risk Assessments, IOSH Managing Safety A good knowledge in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and other digital engineering tools and techniques.
