Shop Manager - Food-on-the-go Based in Angel / Archway, North London Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 sales related bonus Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your career as part of a leading high street retail business? The UK's leading and best-known food on the go retailer is currently looking to recruit experienced Managers for two of their shops in bustling North London high streets, Angel and Archway. You will be required to work 5/7 days per week and shifts will vary from 05.30 starts to 19.00 closing shifts. The company values hard work and commitment. You will be expected to ensure that customers have a great experience and feel special and valued by every member of your team. This is management at its most practical - you'll get involved in food preparation as well as ensuring your shop is clean, hygienic and welcoming at all times. You will be expected to set and reach very high standards and over-achieve on sales and profitability, inspiring your staff and overseeing the training and development of every member of the team. Management / supervisory experience within a retail and / or customer service environment will be required, as will strong leadership and coaching skills. You will be a numerate, versatile and flexible individual with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, able to demonstrate excellent visual merchandising skills and the ability to shape a store around delivering a first class customer journey. Basic IT skills will also be required, as will a flexible approach to working hours.
