Overview
Are you a detail-orientated and ambitious Project Manager? Are you looking for a new challenge at the forefront of a range of exciting IT projects? Do you have a functional understanding of Mortgages and Savings products? We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking Project Manager to join our client in their office in Harpenden. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to apply their skills to a variety of projects streams across the client, as well being involved in business area projects. Our ideal candidate will have strong project management experience (PMO) and excellent communication skills to drive, lead and deliver key digitisation & technical projects across the business. Key skills & experience required: Hands-on project and change management experience Strong experience in financial products (ideally with strength in mortgages and savings) or business operations management experience Experience in producing business process maps, such as 'swim lane diagrams' Ability to understand complex system dependencies with a strong technical aptitude, the Society is aligned to the PRINCE2 methodology Proven ability to solve practical problems and deal with a number of variables in dynamic situations Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of functional teams and senior audiences and manage stakeholder expectations Strong attention to detail, superb organisation skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines Exposure to CeMAP, financial product designs, compliance and controls would be beneficial Salary & Benefits Package: The salary range is dependent upon your experience and we can offer you: 23 days holiday, increasing up to 27 days per year Buying and selling of holiday (up to 5 days) per year Discretionary Bonus Scheme Enhanced 10% employer pension contribution Health cash plan Employee Assistance Programme Group Income Protection Life Insurance, up to 3 times annual salary If you have similar experience to that outlined above, please forward your CV today.
