Overview
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a specialist manufacturing business who are looking for a Design Engineer. Working for this business, which turns over c£75m and prides in developing innovative products and solutions, you will report to the Engineering Manager and will carry out design and development for manufacturing. The Design Engineer will be responsible for: - Contributing specific responsibilities to development projects - Designing and developing new products and engineering solutions - Ensuring knowledge and application of the latest developments in manufacturing technology - Researching new process and technologies for new product development - Using 2D and 3D CAD The successful Design Engineer will need: - Minimum of HNC or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline - 2D and 3D CAD experience - Substantial experience within an R&D/Product Development/Design based role - Experience of working in the manufacturing sector Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing is a specialist division within Elevation Recruitment Group; Specialising in the recruitment of Senior Projects; Design; Engineering positions Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.
