You will be given a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, healthcare and education sites throughout London. The Role Would suit an ambitious BMS Service Engineer with excellent client communication skills. This role is client-facing, comes with excellent prospects for career growth and progression. As the BMS Service Engineer, you will be the front line; on-site contact for customers giving them peace of mind that the site is running at its optimum level. You will be responsible for reactive maintenance, PPM's, small works and upgrades to the customers' system. Requirements: You will be a BMS Service Engineer with 5 years experience You should be able to carry out PPM's and reactive works Confident with Trend or Schneider systems The ability to deliver first-class client services is essential Proven history of working on high profile and secure sites Ability to quote and deliver small works is beneficial Salary & Benefits: Salary is negotiable and dependent on your level of experience Car - £5k - Life Insurance - 25 Days holidays - Quoted works bonus Training and development in other systems This is an excellent opportunity for a BMS Service Engineer to join this growing BEMS firm delivering quality engineering to a broad client base.
