Data Migration Engineer / DBA Permanent Leeds £25,000 - £30,000pa Benefits Myles Roberts are recruiting for 4 x Data Migration Engineer / DBA to join the technology branch of a multinational company based in Leeds. Due to accelerated growth within the organisation the Data Migration Engineers will be responsible for helping support with several migrations to include successful conversions and installations of customer data. Responsibilities will include: Migration of 3rd party data to existing database schemas Technical assistance to support against installations and developments Creation & maintenance of migration utilities Local / remote installations of data solutions Data collection & restoration Data analysis & cleansing Experience needed: 6 months commercial experience within SQL Server (2008 - 2017) Commercial experience / knowledge of T-SQL Knowledge within data migration techniques Knowledge of basic data administration techniques (installations, conversions, upgrades, cleansing etc…) Awareness of Azure - desirable Strong communication skills This is a great opportunity for someone who is technically minded and wants to join a business that will support career growth over the coming years.
