Overview
A permanent IT Technician role with a prestigious Trust looking to expand their IT department. Your new company A prestigious and forward thinking Trust that has numerous sites based throughout South Yorkshire. Your new role In your new role you will be trusted to provide high quality technical services for all members of the organisation. Moreover, you will work proactively and re-actively to maintain reliable technical services gaining exposure to hands-on working to provide appropriate solutions. You will also gain the opportunity to visit numerous sites and interact with various members of staff to solve IT issues wherever required. Finally, you will develop leadership skills by training and providing support to IT Support Technicians to further develop their skills and knowledge. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will need excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. Moreover, you will have a sound understanding of technical concepts/frameworks coupled with the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information. Finally you will need previous experience of operating in a technical support capacity.
