Overview
Company: Nigel Wright are currently partnering with an innovative drinks business, supporting them in the recruitment of a Senior Project Engineer. The site has an ambitious capex plan for the coming year, a plan that will positively impact many different parts of the site. This demonstrates not only their commitment to the market they serve, but also to their employees, many of which have exception levels of tenure. Role: This is a business critical role, and would suit a naturally ambitious individual who is able to influence and lead across a site. The successful candidate will work with the Head of Engineering to develop and deliver the Capital & Special Revenue projects to increase the sites capabilities and also improve process efficiencies. There are a number of exciting and interesting challenges at the site, however, whilst based in Scotland, there will be an opportunity to share knowledge, expertise and information across the group. This role will be responsible for delivering end to end projects, ranging from the design stage, procurement & commercial activities, continual development, project delivery and budget ownership. Requirements: In order to be considered for this role, candidates must be able to demonstrate the following experience: Degree in Chemical/Process Engineering Proven experience delivering projects (from concept to execution) Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a naturally inquisitive nature and an ability to influence at all levels Experience working within Chemical Manufacturing
