Overview
Employment Assoicate Birmingham Salary: Upto £55,000 Employment Associate Located in central Birmingham, the role of Employment Associate requires a candidate ideally with 3-5 years PQE, adept in contentious and non-contentious matters. The ideal candidate should have experience of advising on matters that would include internal disciplinary/grievance/capability processes in addition to reviewing policies and procedures, advising on equalities issues, conducting Employment Tribunals, advising on TUPE processes, commercial agreements, delivering training on a broad range of employment issues and supporting business development. This firm are a national private practice, and you would benefit from a cohesive relationship with the wider team across all offices, in addition to direct contact with the partner in Birmingham.
