Overview
A new opportunity exists for an employment solicitor to join this established regional firm based in Birmingham. Highly rated for the quality of its employment practice, the firm has a national reputation for advising businesses, care providers, housing associations, not for profit organisations and public sector bodies throughout the UK. The firm is keen to appoint a further associate solicitor to join their busy team in order to keep pace with client demand. The team handles a range of contentious and non-contentious employment work including drafting contracts of employment, policies and procedures, managing disciplinary and grievance processes, advising on discrimination and whistleblowing cases, assisting with TUPE transfers, business restructures and redundancies and defending Employment Tribunal cases. You will be looking to work as part of a cohesive team and to develop your technical skills and exposure to interesting client work.
