Overview

Summary of the role: Gaming operators who supply gaming products and services to licensed operators must demonstrate compliance with regulators’ certification and licensing standards. The Gaming Product Certification and Licensing Executive is primarily responsible for analysing such standards to ensure delivery of the gaming products and services duly comply. Responsibilities: The Gaming Product Certification and Licensing Executive is primarily responsible for reviewing the gaming product testing standards and licensing conditions set by regulators to ensure the product development and integration roadmap is in alignment with such standards and licensing conditions. The role will be working closely with the Group Regulatory Compliance Manager, they will be required to monitor, assess, review and report to management on current and upcoming gaming/gambling related regulatory changes, ensuring that products and systems adhere with rules and regulations. The main duties and responsibilities of the Gaming Product Certification and Licensing Executive will include: Analyse and evaluate the licensing conditions and certification testing standards for any given regulatory jurisdiction. Coordinate the jurisdictional requirements with the business product delivery road map. Build and maintain relationships with the regulators, Approved Testing Organisations (ATOs) and other regulatory stakeholders to ensure the business is compliant now and in the future. Manage implementation of changes in regulation Working closely with other business functions (e.g. business analysts, project managers and IT operations and support), providing guidance and support regarding regulations, codes and standards. Document changes to existing and new business processes. Prepare, submit and manage any required licensing applications for product delivery in any given jurisdiction. Prepare annual budgets in conjunction with product delivery roadmap. Requirements for the role include: Recent solid working knowledge and experience of regulatory product certification and licensing within the gaming industry. Ability to work confidently, under own initiative and manage key stakeholders. Ability to manage priorities and organise work effectively to meet deadlines. Good team management and leadership skills. Embraces change and thrives under pressure. Understanding of multi-jurisdictions regulations. 3 years of business analysis experience working in a product development environment. Experience in online and/or retail gaming and gambling systems. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects applying Agile methodologies. Proven experience interacting directly with end users.
