Overview
Our client is the country's biggest manufacturer of clay and concrete building products. They offer a wide range of clay facing bricks and other clay based construction products manufactured at 19 factories across the country. They are currently seeking temporary support for an events assistant for 3 days. The ideal candidate will need to have great people skills, a real self-starter and able to work independently. You will be working in a small but efficient team, meeting and greeting special guests and acting as the first point of contact This role has a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service the most suitable candidate will be friendly, approachable and takes pride in their work. Most importantly they are looking for a quick learner. JOB TITLE : Event Assistant - Temporary JOB TYPE: Temporary SALARY: £10.55ph COMPANY TYPE: Construction HOURS: 10am - 5pm with 1 lunch break LOCATION: Central London Responsibilities Manage any enquiries Managing the reception desk when needed Acting as the first point of contact Assisting set up for the event, moving office furniture Setting out chairs Abe to use own initiative and work independently Meeting and greeting guests in a professional manner Providing exceptional customer service Liaise with multiple team members Offering drinks and refreshments Any other duties that may be required by the line manager Key Qualities Friendly and approachable Positive work ethic Self - starter Able to work quickly and efficiently Excellent customer service skills Helpful manner Presentable APPLY NOW NB: If this company and position appeals to you then please apply your CV on-line.
