Overview
Must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised IT Support professional with some all-round knowledge of Service Desk and IT support experience including Windows. To support to office locations Oxford and Reading. Responsibilities Handle allocated IT Service-desk trouble tickets (Incidents, Problems, Service requests) Support for key business applications including email, telephone, internet usage, back-office, line of business applications Touch labour and technical support for desktop PCs, laptops, 2-in-1s, tablets, smartphones, telephony, local servers, networks, cabling, printers and large office equipment including scanners, photocopiers, fax machines etc. Rigorous documentation of problem resolution, root cause analysis, and all changes to the environment Adherence to Corporate IT processes Skills & Experience Windows 7 Office 10 Excellent communication – verbally and written Reporting and logging calls Advantageous but not essential ServiceNow (SNOW) My client is reviewing C.Vs this week, to be considered or to find out more information please get in touch either by Email or to my direct line.
