Compliance Manager – Umbrella Services My client is looking for a Compliance Manager to orchestrate compliant legislation for an FCSA accredited Umbrella Services business that provide financial solutions to the UK, EMEA, and MENA. This business is a mogul in the financial world and are growing exponentially hence the need for this acquisition. Role: Based out of their state of the art offices in Chiswick, the Compliance Manager will be charged with managing Governance, Risk and Compliance. Your role will consist of the following: - Regular monitoring of Legislation changes through IR35 - Delivering updates, training and inductions to your peers - Manage compliance operations through entry to senior level staff - Regular review of all financial proceedings and operation Experience Required The Compliant Manager is a key role for this business, so experience is key. They require the following: - Experience as a Compliant Manager within an Umbrella business or Financial institution - An expert in IR35 and financial legislation - Ideally degree education within finance, law or accounting. Not needed - An excellent people person who can deliver structured training programmes that are educational and engaging The Package Basic Salary for the successful Compliance Manager is £50,000-£60,000 (negotiable) Other benefits include pension, travel expenses (client meetings), gym membership and stunning offices.
