Overview
Business Analyst - Petersfield - £Competitive Your new company You will be working in an established business as part of their growing Business change team, in a brand new furnished office, easily accessible by car or train. Your new role You will be working as part of the Business change function alongside 4 other BAs and 4 PMs reporting into the business change manager. You will be working on the transformation of business processes as well as system improvements. You will be supporting the internal and external deliver teams with requirement gathering, gap analysis, development and deployment. You will be working in an agile methodology predominantly with some projects using a hybrid with waterfall. What you'll need to succeed To be successful you will have experience mapping the AS IS & TO BE procedures as well as a familiarity with key BA tools and techniques. It is essential you have experience working on both business change and IT improvement/change. You will also be experienced working in an agile environment.
