Overview
We are currently partnering with a nationally recognised brand, in their search for Head of People Operations on a permanent basis and to be based from the organisations' head office in Central London. In this role you will act as a Head of People Operations for cross functions and will support the business through a period of significant change. The successful candidate will support the transition towards successful growth. The role will have a focus on: Accurate, on-time people operations delivery Working with the directorate and organisational colleagues to ensure the right objectives are there to ensure company objectives are met Design, drive and deliver productive processes to support employee lifecycle tasks. Creating a HR Data/MI to assess trends and causes to understand people initiatives Experience as a Head of People Operations is necessary. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are key, as is the ability to build relationships.
