Overview
My client, a nationally recognised not-for-profit organisation now has a fantastic opportunity for a Head of HR Operations to join them on a permanent basis. As Head of HR Operations you will develop, coach and lead the HR Operations team in the design and delivery of engaging and efficient processes to support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities across a large and nationally dispersed workforce. As a pivotal member of the HR leadership team and strong people leader, you’ll lead on account management and service delivery reporting, collaborating with colleagues to create insightful HR data and MI to support initiatives and lead and design delivery processes that enable HR operations to operate efficiently and with continuous service and process improvement. To be considered for this exciting role you will need to be an experienced HR Operations professional with a demonstrable track record of designing compliant, customer-focused, agile and innovative HR operational services and processes to agreed service levels and budgets, ideally in the context of a large, complex and nationally dispersed organisation. You will also require experience of working with contemporary people technology solutions and an up to date knowledge and practical experience of HR policy, practice, legislation and relevant compliance.
