Overview

The National Crime Agency (NCA) lead the UK’s fight to cut serious and organised crime. NCA officers work at the forefront of law enforcement, building the best possible intelligence picture of serious and organised crime threats, relentlessly pursuing the most serious and dangerous offenders and developing and delivering specialist capabilities on behalf of law enforcement and other partners. The NCA is now looking to appoint a Head of Enterprise Services, to deliver and manage all live services and drive the supply chain to enable an agile and responsive organisation. This new role will run all corporate IT and associated technology, ensuring the sustainability of the critical tech estate. The NCA are looking for an experienced technologist who has a track record of providing leadership, direction and oversight for the operation, management and delivery of an organisation with critical systems. The successful candidate will also have experience of designing commercial arrangements in a mixed service model. They will also have a strong customer service orientation and be responsive to the needs and requirements of the organisation.
