Spire Bushey, based in Hertfordshire have a new opportunity for a Deputy Outpatient Manager to join us on a permanent basis. Our Outpatient service covers a varied and diverse caseload and spans both our main hospital site and our Diagnostic Centre. This is a new position; created to provide support for our Outpatient Manager and leadership to our highly skilled team. Duties and Responsibilities The Deputy Outpatient Manager will be responsible for supporting the Manager in ensuring delivery of high quality and efficient outpatient services, delivering key quality performance and financial plans and service enhancements. Assist in the operational delivery of outpatients services ensuring the efficient running of the department; this will include clinical work in the department. Seek and employ innovative methods of improving service delivery in line with the 5 CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE); always aiming to achieve Good and Outstanding.
