Overview
Due to new development of a 6 th Operating Theatre we are expanding our Theatre teams at Spire Bushey and we are looking to recruit a Deputy Theatre Manager. You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the regions most experienced Consultants, covering a varied and diverse caseload. Training is available to allow you to broaden your experience and career development is readily available allowing you to move up to senior positions as and when they arise. We have a high level of cases through Theatres on a daily basis, running three sessions per day with a high volume of admissions If you accept an offer to join the team before 31st March 2020 you may be eligible for a £2,000 joining bonus Spire Bushey Hospital is one of North London and Hertfordshire’s leading private hospitals, with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality private hospital treatment. Duties and responsibilities Building and maintaining relationships with Consultants Deputise for the Theatre Manager in their absence Operationally running the Theatre department alongside the Theatre Manager Supporting Team Leaders and Theatre Practitioners when required To be actively involved in developing and supporting the Theatre team to include recruitment, CPD, HR issues.
